DOMESTIC SHIPPING (THAILAND)
At encb-bkk.com, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Thailand via EMS (Thai Post only). Orders are dispatched on the next business day after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the date your order is accepted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At encb-bkk.com, we offer international shipping through FastShip (fastship.co), a Thailand-based cross-border logistics platform providing reliable, door-to-door delivery worldwide. FastShip partners with leading international couriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Aramex to ensure efficient and secure service.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Thai time, GMT+7), Monday to Friday, will be processed and shipped accordingly. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date your order is accepted.
Shipping fees are calculated and added at checkout. A recipient’s signature is required upon delivery to ensure security.
TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that the total amount displayed at checkout does not include import taxes or duties. Depending on your country’s regulations, additional fees may be charged upon arrival. These charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
