RETURN POLICY
DOMESTIC RETURNS (THAILAND)
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and labels attached. We accept returns for defective products within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that items returned late, or those that show signs of wear, damage, staining, or missing labels, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and labels. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
